You might be juggling multiple responsibilities, feeling stuck, or simply sensing that things aren’t working out the way you’d like them to. Whether it’s managing stress, shedding a few pounds, overcoming anxiety, or just figuring out what’s next, wellness coaching can help.

 

My role as a wellness coach is to help you identify your strengths, reflect on your past successes, and determine what areas in your life are "off" for you right now. Together, we’ll create a roadmap connecting your present self to the future version of you that you aspire to be. By breaking down your goals into manageable steps, we’ll work on making sustainable changes one step at a time.

 

It doesn’t have to be overwhelming—sometimes, it’s as simple as organizing your thoughts, setting realistic goals, or trying out new recipes. Whatever your needs, we’ll work together to create a plan that’s tailored just for you.

Life Coaching vs. Health and Wellness Coaching

While life coaching focuses on helping clients achieve personal and professional goals across various areas of life, health and wellness coaching specifically centers around improving physical and mental well-being. A health and wellness coach provides guidance on making sustainable lifestyle changes, such as managing stress, improving nutrition, and building healthy habits. The goal is to empower clients to take charge of their health and create a balanced, fulfilling life. Life coaching may touch on a wide range of topics, but health and wellness coaching is more targeted toward enhancing overall health."

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is not therapy. While therapy focuses on healing emotional pain and addressing past traumas, coaching is future-focused and aims to help clients achieve their personal and wellness goals. A coach helps clients identify strengths, set goals, and create actionable steps to move forward. Coaching is a collaborative process designed to empower individuals to make positive, lasting changes in their lives. Therapy, on the other hand, is led by licensed professionals to treat mental health conditions. Coaching is best suited for individuals seeking growth, accountability, and forward movement.
